Return/Refund Policy for IDM Signs & Graphics

No Returns or Refunds
IDM Signs & Graphics does not offer returns or refunds on any of our products under any circumstances. Once a product has been purchased, the sale is considered final.
Non-Refundable Deposits
When a deposit is made for a product, it is non-refundable. If you choose to opt out of the fabrication or installation process at any stage, the deposit will not be refunded.
Obligation to Pay Remaining Balance
If you decide to discontinue the fabrication or installation process, you may still be required to pay the remaining balance for the product. This is subject to the discretion of IDM Signs & Graphics and will be communicated to you by a representative of our company.
Completion of Orders
In cases where you have paid the full amount, or agreed to pay the remaining balance after discontinuing the process, IDM Signs & Graphics will complete the fabrication of your sign products and turn them over to you as per the agreement.
No Cancellations
Once an order is placed and a deposit is made, it cannot be canceled. We encourage our customers to be certain of their purchase decision before making a deposit.
Exceptions
IDM Signs & Graphics reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion. However, such exceptions are rare and should not be expected.
